THE MYSTERY OF THE CONCRETE

The musts are fermented and macerated in our historical concrete tanks. With them the wines receive a natural micro-oxygenation and a constant temperature, a classic way of processing that is unparalleled neither between the steel tanks and in the large oak vats for fermentation. In this way we extract our most fruity young wines, as well as the award-winning Rosé de Lágrima, a classic in Navarra.

We defend that we must continue to respect the innovations that our ancestors have already invented, which on this occasion has not been overcome by modern enology. The steel deposit is also a resource for progress.

AGING ALCONDE

The oak casks, an amount of 2,300, have our Alconde stamp. We mix oak woods of French and American origins because we like that the wines preserve the fruitiness and the authentic flavor of the varieties. Our wines with label Sardasol Roble, Crianza and Reserva occupy a privileged place among the faithful of round Spanish wines, little woody and delicate style. The Awards to our wines stand out that sweet tannins that we get with an adequate aging in the bottle without hurry.
